Registration and Important Dates

  • General registration is closed.
  • First deadline: 19th May, 2019 with early bird fees
  • Second deadline: 27th June, 2019 with late fees

Submit a Contribution

In order to submit an abstract for a mini-symposium talk (invited only), contributed talk or contributed poster it is required to first register for SciCADE. Please note that only one talk is allowed per delegate.

Final deadline for submitting an abstract: 27th June, 2019 via ConfTool.

Payment

The registration fee includes the conference package (book of abstracts, material, conference support), an ice breaker and a guided tour through Innsbruck on Monday evening, as well as coffee/tea breaks from Monday to Friday.

Early bird registration starts on 14th January 2019 and is possible until 19th May 2019. The fees are

  • 290 EUR per regular delegate
  • 190 EUR per student, a valid student id is required
  • 20 EUR per accompanying person wanting to attend the ice breaker and a guided tour through Innsbruck on Monday evening

Late fees will be from 20th May until 27th of June, 2019.

Extra packages

The conference dinner on the 24th July 2019 evening is 50 EUR (please book for an additional person if you want to bring a guest, see ConfTool).

Note: Only the first 280 participants registering can attend the conference dinner.
