Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
Stored information will exclusively be used in relation to this event or a subsequent event. Your personal data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the organization of the event, for billing purposes or for legal reasons (e.g. in the case of an external audit), but it will not be distributed or sold to other parties for other purposes.
Right to Information
Upon request, the organisers of this event will provide you, in writing, with all personal data they have stored about you. You can inquire where the data were collected, to whom they are disclosed and the purposes for which they have been stored.
Mailing-List Related to the Event
If you would like to receive news about this event, we require a valid e-mail address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address and that you agree to receive the information provided via the mailing list. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use these data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.
We will, therefore, process any data you enter into the mailing list sing up form only with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and e-mail address as well as their use for sending information at any time. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.
The data provided when registering for the mailing list will be used to distribute the information until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. e-mail addresses for the author or participant area) remain unaffected.
